Hi, I'm Heather
Over the past 20+ years, I've been fortunate to build a career where no two chapters have looked the same. From journalism to television production, entertainment to experiential music marketing, and now global creative leadership, I love turning big ideas into memorable experiences—and I firmly believe the best ideas can come from anyone.
Today, I serve as Creative Director, Worldwide Operations at Amazon, where I partner with creative teams across the company to build global brand experiences through multimedia campaigns. I love creating work that informs, inspires, and connects with people.
Before Amazon, I spent more than a decade producing musical entertainment in all forms—from branded campaigns to large-scale experiential events. I also helped grow The Home Edit with Hello Sunshine and served nearly a decade as PR Director for Nashville's Live On The Green Music Festival.
Earlier in my career, I was a journalist, photographer, and columnist at The Tennessean, where I was part of the newsroom recognized as a Pulitzer Prize finalist for coverage of the 2010 Nashville flood.
I'm based in Nashville with my husband, our two sons, and four dogs. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me traveling, exploring antique shops, spending time on the lake, or at a live concert. At the end of the day, I'm happiest somewhere between “What if?” and “Look what we made.”

P.S.
Some of the work I'm most proud of doesn't have a deadline or a deliverable. I'm passionate about supporting organizations like Nashville's Safe Haven Family Shelter that help families build brighter futures.
